Really they all look like drag queens and or eighties glam metal rejects. Then there's Tracey who you could re-do an outhouse with the amount of toxic chemicals that are present on her body. The episode starts out with Hal and Margaret coming back from looting houses where Margaret knew drug dealers lived at. They get all the hard stuff, even Heroin (which can be used as a pain suppressor) b basically they are gearing up for the big rescue attempt of Ben, and his group of harnessed kids. Though Tom can’t seem to find a plan that gels with Captain Weaver, and so not everything is quite a go yet.
The first crazy thing that happened was Dr. Jerk (I can’t remember his name right now) was observing the captured Skitter. He’s talking medical talk “blinking eyes…dehydration…” and it seems he’s onto something and it cuts scene. When we DO get back to him, the Skitter is throttling him by the neck through the cage and kills the bastard. HOLY CRAP! The skitter gets 24 hours to live after that, so Anne (Moon Goodblood) in the end decides to find out if you CAN kill them silently, and stabs the alien in the weak spot they found in the last episode, covers herself in alien blood and storms out of the room. So much for all her efforts on trying to make nice with the Alien captive, but that whole scene was just crazy because Anne was working so hard to be nice to it. I understood though, when she said that she just thought of her family, and that’s how she did it. Then when she explained why she didn’t put a photo of her son on the bulletin board, I tried not to be heartbroken, as a parent, I totally understand how horrible of a spot she must be in not even having a picture left to remember him by.

The Hot Potato Job" is one of those episodes which isn't complicated, the job consisting of the recovery of a potato, which results in lots of useless flashback scenes to fill in the empty space, but the episode is consistently funny, making up for the deficiencies in plot. This whole Nate and Sophie thing is rather bothersome by now and I wish the writers would either make up their mind what to do with them or stop with the brief, cutesy stuff which don't really have a purpose.

Two will be voted off tonight and the remaining four will go on hometown dates. There will be three one-on-one dates with no rose on the line, and one group date with a rose.

The first date goes to Constantine. JP feels like he’s on a different level with Ashley than everyone else and he thinks the week will be hard for him watching other guys go on dates with her. He’s ready to just get the week over with.Ashley and Constantine’s relationship has moved slower than the rest but Ashley sees something there and wants to find out what it is. They take a train to a small village outside the city for a lantern festival, like the one in Tangled. They paint the side of a lantern and begin to call it their “love wish” and when they release it into the sky later supposedly their wish will come true. Constantine is taking it seriously and that makes Ashley feel like they have a potential future together. I know if my husband didn’t take our love wish lantern seriously that would pretty much be a dealbreaker. At dinner they talk about family in anticipation of hometown dates. Ashley says Constantine is exactly what she’s attracted to physically and she loves that he’s a family man. He keeps talking about a “moment” where they will know they are in love. Obviously they haven’t had that moment yet. They release their lantern and Ashley says, “Bye, love wish!”

Mayagadu Review:
Charmy Kaur kept high hopes on Mayagadu and Venu too relied to regain his sagging image. However, all their hopes remained dreams, as the film has nothing to offer good for their careers.

The immaturity of the director is very much visible in each and every frame and knowingly or unknowingly, Dileep Polan has given a death sentence to the career of Charmy with the film, as she had no projects on hand by now. Story:
Leela Krishna (Venu) is an orphan and he believes that it is the money, which rules the life. He studies law course and turns a lawyer. All the villagers collect Rs 2 lakh and throw him out of the village by donating him the money. He reaches Hyderabad and stays with his friend Viswanath (Ali), who is also a lawyer. Leela comes to know that Jagannatham (Sayaji Shinde) is a famous lawyer and he has Rs 100 crore worth property. He has two daughters and the elder one Spandana (Satya Krishnan) fell in love with a lawyer and marries him. The couple continue to stay with Jagannatham in his house. Leela traps the second daughter Vandana (Charmy Kaur) of Jagannatham by playing a trick that he is an honest lawyer who advocates justice always.

He marries Vandana but his hopes get shattered when Vandana decides to stay with Leela only in his rented house leaving her father’s property and palatial bungalow. He then blackmails a television channel MD (Raghubabu) and occupies a rich house to start his new office. After that, he argues the case of a notorious criminal GK’s (Satya Prakash) brother RK (Balaji) and gets a huge bungalow as a gift. Once Vandana happens to meet her friend in a shopping mall, whose husband is a labour officer and invites them for dinner to their house the next day. However, the labour officer gets killed by RK and Leela Krishna takes up the case to prove him an innocent. The rest of the story forms the interesting part of the climax.

Performance:
The only saving grace for the film is Charmy Kaur’s glamour. She has exposed to the maximum to lure the front benches. The mass may be attracted to Charmy Kaur’s glamour and there is nothing more to talk about the film. Venu still works in the same old fashion and there is no improvement in his acting talent. Though, he has done a good job, as a comedian by maintaining good comedy timing, it is not enjoyable in total and has failed to evoke laughs. Sayaji Shinde, Ali, Raghubabu and Gauthamraju have done justice to their roles. Ravibabu has also tried his best to entertain the audiences with comedy. Satya Krishnan is okay in her role. It is a surprise that several young artistes including Satyam Rajesh, Anant, Tirupati Prakash, Ramesh Reddy and others portrayed the roles of eunuchs.

Technical:
Music by Chakri is unimpressive, as none of the songs are foot-tapping. All the songs showcased the glamour of Charmy Kaur. The timing of most of the songs are atrocious and spoiled the smooth run of the film. Cinematography by Prasad is okay, while Nandamuri Hari has no option to cut any of the scene. The director has proved that he is immature in handling the script. The storyline is okay but the narration is not praiseworthy. The screenplay penned by the director has spoiled the movement of the film. Dialogues by Nandyala Ravi and Writer Mohan lacked the punch, though some of the comedy bits penned by them are good to listen.

Remarks:
The film remained in the labs for the past two years, as there were no buyers for the film. Somehow, it has seen the light now and it has become clear what made the film to stay in the labs. The poor narration and the cinematic liberty in joining the scenes played the spoilsport. But for the over exposure of glamour of Charmy Kaur the film has nothing more to offer.

Story:
Abhimanyu aka Abhi (Tanish) is the son of Sitaratnam (Roja). Sitaratnam’s husband commits suicide after he suffers a huge loss in agriculture. She lives in Anjaneyapuram. Ramaraju Lanka is their neighbouring village and its head is Ramachandra Rao (Sivakrishna). He is a nice man and liberally donates his land whenever it is needed for someone. Nandini (Sobhana) is his second daughter. Abhi falls in love at first sight with Nandini. When a baddie Nagineedu tried to tease Nandini, Abhi bashes him. In fact, Nagineedu is the brother of Bapineedu (Satyaprakash), an arch-rival of Ramachandra Rao.

Noticing his macho figure, Nandini too falls in love with Abhi. However, Ramachandra Rao thinks that he is playing mischief with Nandini and warns him. Noticing the warning, Bapineedu tries to make use of it for his favour but Abhi tells it on his face that he had no such intentions to challenge with the village head. In order to grab the chair at any cost, Bapineedu broaches marriage alliance between Nandini and Nagineedu and Ramachandra Rao too agrees to it. What happens next should be seen on-screen.

Performance:
Tanish has tried to improvise his expressions and has worked on it. He has shown his prowess in dances and action scenes. But all the action scenes were very cinematic, as he thrashed goons with single punches. Sobhana aka Anchal made her debut as heroine through this film. Anchal has the similarities of yesteryear actress Sobhana. Hence, her name was rechristened as Sobhana. She is good at looks but has no scope to perform in Kodipunju. HOwever, she needs to put up a little more weight to expose her glamour. Roja is louder in this film. She yelled in most of the scenes and reminds us of using Rayalaseema filmy style. Other artistes including Sivakrishna, Satyaprakash and Rajyalakshmi did justice to their roles. Comedy by MS Narayana is just okay.

Technical:
As far as the story is concerned, there is nothing new to offer. The dialogues lacked the necessary punch. All the songs are just like passing clouds and not worth listening. Neither they are melodious nor they were shot well. Cinematography is good in the film as the the director of photography has tried his best to showcase the village atmosphere on the screeen. Editing by Nagireddy is not so sharp and he is helpless as he could not cut the scenes because of the improper screenplay. Director Choudary has shown his amateurish nature in directing the film. The screenplay is not so gripping and many scenes are just like jumping one after the other. The film doesn’t give the audiences a feel of watching a film but joining certain scenes to make a film.

Remarks:
It is just a time pass film and if you have no work to pass the time, you can go and watch it. Or else, conveniently ignore the movie.

The Story :
Sega is a dubbed version of tamil movie Veppam and It is a violent film that explains the way of peoples living in the slum. Ashok Vallabhaneni is producing this film and Anjana Alikhan who worked earlier as Assistant Director with Gautham Vasudev Menon is now debuting as director.

Naani is playing the lead role in the film. The film is being made with story based on Chennai Municipal Area like Bollywood 'Slumdog Millionaire'. Nani role would be Slumdog.

Review:
The success of success Nani-Nithya Menon combo in Ala Modalaindi created a hype on their next film Sega. Adding to that the movie is coming from Gautham Menon's home production Photon Kathaas. But the poor screenplay by newcomer Anjana Ali Khan has played the spoilsport.

Story:
Karthik (Nani) and Balaji (Muthukumar) are the sons of a drunkard, who left the family to their fate. Their mother, who was a patient, commits suicide by taking poison from the hands of Balaji. Karthik and Balaji were brought up by their uncle, who is a painter. Though Balaji ekes out a living by painting the sign boards, he wants to give a good education to Karthik. Karthik and his uncle’s daughter (Nithya Menon) love each other. Karthik has a friend called Vishnu (Karthik), who runs a mechanic shed. Karthik’s father, who was once a drunkard turns a broker and runs a brothel on his own. He has the support of Ammaji (Jennifer) who smuggles drugs and used to drug-trafficking.

Vishnu falls in love with Vani (Bindu Madhavi), a prostitute in the brothel. Once, Vishnu meets the broker and agrees to transport the drugs to Goa on a condition that the broker should leave Vani to her. However, Vani comes to know that the broker is planning to get rid of both Vishnu and Karthik and alerts them. While Karthik and Vishnu returns to their place there was a minor scuffle and after Karthik suffers a head injury, Vishnu gets killed. Everybody presumes that Karthik killed Vishnu. What happens next should be seen on-screen.

Performance:
Nani has done a neat job within his limits. He is apt for the role. He Karthik too is okay. Nithya Menon and Bindu Madhavi have no big roles to play. While Bindu Madhavi has filled the glamour slot, Nithya Menon is also good in modern costumes in a song. Other artistes including Muthukumar, Jennifer and others have done justice to their roles.

Technical:
Dialogues by Sashank Vennelakanti are good in parts. Camera work by Om Prakash is laudable, as he has perfectly captured the slum localities, songs and action scenes. Editing by Antony is okay. Music by Joshua Sridhar is good as two songs in the film are quite melodious and topped the charts at one point of time. Background score is also okay and lifted the moods of some scenes. Storyline is okay but the director has failed to narrate it properly. Being a woman, Anjana has failed to handle the film with a little action and drugs backdrop. The screenplay penned for the film lacked the sharpness. Hence, the film runs on a nominal way and most of the scenes are quite predictable and there is nothing novel either in narration or its presentation.

Remarks:
It is just a time pass film and don’t expect anything high from the film. The combination of Nani-Nithya Menon only created the hype on the film and actually there is not much to talk about the scenes involving them.
