Originally the series was called Bunny Tales before being changed to Playboy and finally the current title. A co-production by 20th Century Fox Television and Imagine Entertainment, the series also includes Brian Grazer and Francie Calfo as executive producers.NBC ordered the pilot in January 2011, its first drama pilot order for the 2011–2012 television season. Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has the authority to review scripts for the series but according to Hodge has been very hands-off. Hefner recorded a narration for the pilot but that device will not be used in future episodes. A younger version of Hefner will appear in the series but will only be seen from the back. The series pilot was filmed on location in Chicago beginning March 15, 2011. Shooting took place at the former site of Meigs Field on Northerly Island under the direction of Alan Taylor. According to the Illinois Film Office, producers plan to shoot the upcoming series in Chicago as well. Chad Hodge wrote the pilot script.

Running the club and answering only to the top is general manager Billy Morton (David Krumholtz), who also shares a close friendship with Nick. The series follows five people, known as "Alphas", led by noted neurologist and psychologist Dr. Lee Rosen as they investigate criminal cases involving other suspected Alphas. Series Summary:

Series Storylines:
When a witness is inexplicably murdered in a locked room at a federal courthouse, Dr. Lee Rosen is put on the case. He leads a team of "Alphas", human beings with enhanced abilities due to differences in their brain structure: Gary Bell, a highly functioning autistic with an ability to process information that rivals most computers; Bill Harken, a former FBI agent who can amp up his "fight or flight" reflex, giving him extraordinary strength for a brief period of time; Nina Theroux, a beautiful woman who can reprogram other people's minds to do as she bids; and Rachel Pirzad, a sheltered Persian girl who can intensify one sense at the expense of the others. However, with said powers comes a price - for Gary, autism which makes him a child for all intents and purposes; for Harken, severe anger issues that cost him his job and family; for Rachel, struggling to overcome her parents shame at her "illness"; and Nina, never really knowing how those close to her actually feel. In any case, they've all come together for the common good with Rosen as their mentor, teaching them to further control their abilities with each passing day. As for the courthouse murder, it's not long before the team uncovers that one of their own kind was responsible - Cameron Hicks, a former Marine sharpshooter with supernatural balance and aim (he guided the bullet through a ventilation duct). After bringing him in, however, they realize someone even more powerful was pulling the strings... someone with a new technology that can be used to mimic one of the team's gifts.

Castle follows Nathan Fillion as Richard Castle, a famous mystery novelist who has killed off his main character in his book series and has writer's block. The Bad Girls Club. Originally scheduled to air on July 11, 2011, the date was pushed back to August 1, 2011. Filming began in February 2011 in Kenner. Louisiana, a suburb of New Orleans. ‘‘Bad Girls Club’ is like watching a train wreck, as alliances quickly form and fights break out you can hardly watch, but you can’t look away. It’s the television equivalant of fast food – it goes down easy, it’s fun in the dumbest possible way, and then leaves you feeling like a horrible person for having enjoyed it so much. And this season is in New Orleans, so it’s sure to be drunker and crazier than ever…We start with a fight. One of the girls throws a pan of food at Priscilla (at least I think it’s Priscilla), which inevitably leads to a fight. Angelic and Judi meet and seem to get along. They kick off a season of drinking with some beers.Shelly is the blonde , who warns that girls shouldn’t show her their weaknesses to her. Time for shots. Already, there seems to be even more drinking than normal on Bad Girls Club.Tasha is 23 and from Miami, she’s the bratty rich girl type of bad girl.The rest of the girls arrive at the house and everyone starts partying and having a good time. The team is headed by Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett, USNR as it investigates crimes ranging from terrorism to kidnapping. McGarrett chooses as his partner Honolulu PD Detective Danny Williams. He fills out the team by selecting Chin Ho Kelly, and Chin's cousin, a rookie HPD cop named Kono Kalakaua. The task force does not follow the normal chain of command, and instead reports directly to the Governor's office. One unexplained part of the story concerns the name Five-O. Taken from a shirt worn by the young Steve McGarrett in a video that the team watch, Kono decides that Five-O would be a good name for their task force. However, it is not explained how everyone (including tourists) seems to know what Five-O is despite it being an unofficial name coined in a private meeting, although the name appears to have been made official in later episodes. Five-O's headquarters are apparently located in Aliiolani Hale, site of a famous Kamehameha Statue which features prominently in the series; in real life Aliiolani Hale serves as the central headquarters of the Hawaii state judiciary........

Series Summary:
In an updated remake of the 1968 original series, Detective Steve McGarrett returns home to Oahu to investigate his father's murder and Hawaii's governor convinces him to stay and head up a new team with no rules and no red tape. Detective Danny "Danno" Williams joins the team in order to keep the island safe for his 8-year old daughter. The first episode, "Nice to Meet You, Walden Schmidt", begins with Charlie Harper's funeral, and introduces Kutcher as billionaire Walden Schmidt, who buys Harper's house.

Series Summary:
A comedy about men, women, sex, dating, divorce, mothers, single parenthood, sibling relations, surrogate families, money and, most importantly, love. More specifically, it's about the lives of two brothers, one brother's son, and the many women who surround them. Charlie Harper is a well-to-do bachelor with a house at the beach, a Mercedes in the garage and an easy way with women. His casual Malibu lifestyle was interrupted when his tightly wound brother, Alan, and Alan's son, Jake, came to stay with him. Complicating matters further are Charlie and Alan's narcissistic, emotionally toxic mother, Evelyn; Alan's deeply neurotic ex-wife, Judith and Charlie's domineering, unapologetically blue-collar housekeeper, Berta. Despite the complexities of their lives and their own strained relationship, Charlie and Alan have one thing in common - they both love Jake and want what's best for him. As a result, they manage to create a little family unit that promises to make each of them a better man. Storyline:
A hedonistic jingle writer's free-wheeling life comes to an abrupt halt when his brother and 10-year-old nephew move into his beach-front house. The Harper brothers Charlie and Alan are almost opposites but form a great team. They have little in common except their dislike for their mundane, maternally cold and domineering mother, Evelyn. Alan, a compulsively neat chiropractor and control-freak, is thrown out by his manipulative wife Judith who nevertheless gets him to pay for everything and do most jobs in the house. Charlie is a freelance jingle composer and irresistible Cassanova who lives in a luxurious beach-house and rarely gets up before noon. Charlie "temporarily" allows Alan and his son Jake, a food-obsessed, lazy school kid who shuttles between his parents, to move in with them after Alan's separation/divorce. The sitcom revolves around their conflicting lifestyles, raising Jake (who has the efficient, caring dad while having a ball with his fun-loving sugar uncle who teaches him boyish things), and bantering with Evelyn and various other friends and family...
