Based on the series of podcasts that Gervais did with longtime partner Stephen Merchant, this comedy team convenes to bring HBO an animated series about their hilarious friend Karl Pilkington.

Short Review:HBO's animation is imaginative, funny, colourful, spot-on brilliant, adding a whole new dimension of fun to the "bare bones" of the original broadcasts. The animators added a plethora of great new visual gags to the already existing top-notch material – so it mystifies me that anyone could possibly have a bone to pick with that. The drawing style is simple yet effective; the decision to go for a cheerful look as opposed to a grotesque (i.e. more "adult") style pays off vastly, because Karl's ravings are usually like that of a child anyway, a fact that would make any attempts to "darken" the tone of the show totally detrimental.......

Movie Plot Summary:
Tara Reid bummed us out earlier in the year when her Big Lebowski 2 announcement proved untrue. Then, the rumor that she was taking over as Sheriff Julie Foster panned out; that would have nudged this sequel into "Celebrity Apprentice" territory, and we wish she'd don a badge for these 3D events. And we're unsurprised to see the dudes behind the Feast trilogy handed the writer-director duties by the money-saving Weinstein Bros. After the events at Lake Victoria, the pre-historic school of blood-thirsty piranhas make their way into a newly opened waterpark.

Storyline:
Having awoken from their spring break extravaganza at Lake Victoria, the swarm heads upstream where they look to make a meal out of Big Wet, a local water park where when it comes to fun, nobody does it wetter! Though they came to get wet, get loaded and get some, the staff and patrons get more than they bargained for when they must face the fiercest, most bloodthirsty piranhas yet.
