About The Movie: Klown (Danish: Klovn - The Movie) is a 2010 Danish comedy film starring with Frank Hvam and Casper Christensen and directed by Mikkel Nørgaard. It was developed from the successful Danish TV sitcom Klovn, where the main characters play a fictionalized versions of themselves.The movie had North American premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival i Montreal in July 2011, where it won the Cheval Noir award. Later it also premiered in the United States at the Fantastic Fest where it won as best picture and best screenplay in the Gutbuster comedy feature category. In the autumn of 2011 it was sold for distribution in the United States to Drafthouse Films with a planned premiere the July 27 2012. It will premiere it a couple of cinemas in Los Angeles, New York and Austin as well as Video on demand. The comedy is based on "uncomfortable" humor with self-satire and humorous treatment of taboos. It is often likened to The Hangover and Curb your enthusiasm. Warner Bros has bought the rights for a remake with Todd Phillips as a possible director and Danny McBride to star....

Movie Plot Summary:
In what critics are hailing as “the funniest movie of the year!” (IFC.com), KLOWN follows two wildly inappropriate friends — played by celebrated international comedians Frank Hvam and Casper Christensen — as they run amok through the Danish countryside plowing through endless awkward confrontations and unspeakable debaucheries. Hopelessly wrongheaded Frank “kidnaps” the 12-year-old nephew of his pregnant girlfriend in an eager attempt to prove his fatherhood potential to join sex-crazed Casper on his adulterous weekend canoe trip. Series Summary:
Common Law centers on Travis Marks (Michael Ealy) and Wes Mitchell (Warren Kole), two cops with a problem... each other. Wes, a methodical former lawyer with a passion for cars, gardening and his ex-wife, and Travis, a maverick ladies' man who served time in juvenile hall, can't stand each other. As partners, they were LAPD's dream team on the homicide squad but constant bickering got in the way of their work and the two ended up on probation. To revive their flagging professional relationship, their Captain (Jack McGee) sends them to couples therapy to help understand and resolve their conflicts. We soon learn that a successful relationship or partnership doesn't mean you have to like the same things; you just have to hate the same things.
